摘要
本文仅述了单基药生产中所采用的溶棉比对药粒外径、弧厚及孔径收缩率计算的经验公式.讨论了硝化棉干量、脱水棉及酒精驱水棉的水分含量以及乙醚加入量对药粒收缩率的影响.
In this paper, some empirical formulae of contracting percentage of external diameter,web thickness and pore diameter of grains and the solvent-NC ratio in the production of singlebase powders have been stated. The effects of NC dry weight, the water contents of dehydrated NC and centrifugal alcohol dehydrated NC and ether added quantity on the contracting percentage of grains have also been discussed.
