摘要
从海南岛产野生细花百部(Stemona parviflora Wright, C. H.)的根部分得一新生物碱——细花百部碱(parvistemonine).根据MS,~1H NMR去偶,~1H-~1H COSY,NOESY,^(13)C-~1H异核相关谱,^(13)C NMR及~1H NMR宽峰效应等技术推定了结构。在百部类生物碱中首次归属了质子和碳原子的NMR信号。该结构业经X单晶衍射法证实。
A new alkaloid named parvistemonine (1) was isolated from the roots of Stemona parviflora Wright, C. H. collected in Hainan island, China. Its structure was determined by IR, MS, ~1H and ^(13)C NMR in combination with two dimensional techniques and the ~1H NMR line broadening effect.
