摘要
目的对百部的抗炎成分方法进行模拟研究,筛选出百部抗炎成分。方法本实验采用虚拟筛选的方法,对百部的抗炎成分进行了筛选。结果百部中的抗炎成分对环氧化酶2具有较好的抑制作用。结论百部多个化合物对磷酸酯酶2具有很好的抑制作用,说明抑制磷酸酯酶2是百部抗炎可能的作用机制。
Objective To study the simulation method of anti-inflammatory ingredients of Radix Stemona, and extract anti-inflammatory ingredients from Radix Stemona. Methods This experiment adopted the method of virtual screening, and screening for anti-inflammatory ingredients of Radix Stemona. Results The anti-inflammatory ingredient of Radix Stemona has good inhibition of 2 ring oxidase. Conclusion Multiple compounds of Radix Stemona had the very good inhibitory effect on phosphatase 2. This indicated that phosphatase 2 is possible mechanism of anti-inflammatory of Radix Stemona.
