摘要
轴式为C0-C0的DF4、DF8和DF11系列内燃机车已不适应于牵引5 000 t重载列车,开发大功率的八轴内燃机车是一种较好的技术措施。采用B0-B0+B0-B0轴式的八轴机车的动力学性能,尤其是曲线通过性能较好。但这种结构由于增加了两个动力轮对和两个过渡构架及三系悬挂,增加了车体的长度和机车总体高度,为了满足机车限界要求,给轴箱设计带来了很大困难,因而轴箱结构型式与常用的转臂式轴箱不同。强度计算表明,八轴机车轴箱新型结构型式满足强度要求。
The DF4,DF8 and DF11 series diesel locomotive with C0-C0 axle-type is no longer suited to haul heavy train of 5000 t.It is a better technical measure to develop high power diesel locomotive with 8-axle.The dynamic performance of 8-axle locomotive with B0-B0+B0-B0 is very good,especially in passing curve.But it is very difficult to design the axle box because of increment in the length of the body and the height of locomotive.The structure of axle box is very different from one of common axle box of pivoted arm.Calculation result shows that the axle box of new structure can meet strength requirement.
