Application of Protein-Chip Technology in the Detection of Infectious Disease in Hygiene Quarantine

摘要 阐述了蛋白芯片技术基本原理、制备及分析过程、技术特点,应用领域存在的问题。结合卫生检疫工作的内容和特点,对蛋白芯片技术应用于出入境人员传染病监测方面进行探讨。由于出入境人群具有复杂多样、流动性高的特点,并有快速通关的要求,这就要求传染病的检测必须快速、高效、高通量和准确。蛋白芯片技术能进行传染病的检测和特异性分析,具有高通量、快速、高效、操作简单、结果准确、灵敏度高等特点,在卫生检疫传染病检测方面具有很好的应用前景。 This paper introducd the basic principles of protein-chip technology, the process of preparation and analysis, the technical features and application, the problems and progress of their latest research. Combined with the content and features of hygiene quarantine work, the monitoring of infectious disease of the travelers with the protein-chip technology was discussed. As a result of highly fluidity, complexity and multiplicity of entry and exit crowd, meanwhile in order to quicken the speed of entry-exit ravelers through customs, the fast, efficient, high-throughput and accuracy test method is most needed in the field of quarantine and inspection. The infectious diseases can be diagnosed by protein chip technology. The characters of protein-chip were high flux, fast, high efficient, simple, accurate, high sensitivity. It has a good prospect of application in the detecition of infectious diseases of the hygiene quarantine.
