摘要
白姬菇科杂一号是科佳一号和台湾小白平杂交选育出的姬菇品种。主要介绍科杂一号的生物学特性以及在栽培技术中生产季节、生产周期、出菇管理、培养料配方、发菌管理及菇棚设计等工艺的选择,以期为科杂一号的栽培和推广提供参考。
Keza No.1 is the strain of Pleurotus sp. which was selected by crossing between Kejia No.1 and Pleurotus sp. of Taiwan. Biological characteritics, production season and cycle, management of fruit body, formula of compost, management link and design of mushroom shed etc.were mainly introduced in cultivation technique, which will offer references for cultivation and extension of Keza No.1.
