摘要
科杂1号是河北省农林科学院遗传生理研究所和石家庄科佳生物技术有限公司于2006年以台湾小白平和科佳1号为亲本,通过连续杂交、自交和回交以及杂交后代的筛选,育成的国内外首个白色姬菇专用品种。该品种具有原基密集、菌柄长、菇体洁白、菇型美观、营养丰富、口感好的优良商品性状,以及耐低温、适温广、产量高、管理粗放的良好栽培特性。2010年2月通过河北省科技厅成果转化中心组织的鉴定,鉴定水平为国际先进。
Keza No.1 is a hybrid bred by crossing between Taiwanxiaopingbai and Kejia No.1 by Institute of Genetics and Physiology of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences,Shijiazhuang Kejia Biological Technology Co.,Ltd.in 2006,which was the first white Pleurotus cornucopiae variety at home and abroad.It had the commodity characters of dense primordium,long stipe,white body,beautiful appearance,rich nutrition and good taste,and the cultivation characteristics of tolerance to low temperature,wide optimal temperature,high yield and extensive cultivation.It passed the identification organized by the Achievement Transformation Centre of Hebei Department of Science and Technology on February,2010,which reached the international advanced level.
