摘要
目的:建立比浊法测定硫酸抗敌素效价的方法。方法:确定比浊法测定硫酸抗敌素的线性范围,在线性范围内选择高、低剂量对硫酸抗敌素进行效价测定,并与管碟法效价测定结果进行比较。结果与结论:比浊法与管碟法测定结果无明显差异,比浊法测定硫酸抗敌素效价具有精确、便捷等特点,可用于产品质量控制。
Objective： To establish turbidimetric method to determine the titer of colistin sulfate. Methods：The linear range of colistin sulfate by turbidimetric method was measured and the titer of colistin sulfate at high and low dose in the linear range was tested and the testing results were compared with those of diffusion method. Results and Conclusion： There was no significant difference between turbidimetric and diffusion method, Turbidimetric method can be used for quality control for its accuracy and convenience.
