摘要
目的:建立浊度法测定注射用硫酸奈替米星的含量并进行方法学验证。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌制作菌悬液,接种于抗生素检定Ⅲ号培养基中,取9 mL 培养液和1 mL 不同浓度的硫酸奈替米星置比色管中,37℃培养4 h 左右,530 nm 在线测定。结果:培养物浊度与奈替米星浓度的 log 值在0.6~1.6 u·mL^(-1)之间呈线性关系(r>0.99);测得奈替米星的平均回收率为100.7%(RSD=3.4%)。结论:该方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高,耗时短。
Objective :To establish turbidimetric method with determination Netilmicin Sulfate for injection. Method: Inoculate medium IU with a suspension of Staphylococcus aureus, Distribute 9 mL of the inoculated medium and 1 mL of the Netilmiein Sulfate series of doses' solution into test - tubes, determine on - linely on 530 nm after an incubation period of about 4 h at 37 ℃. Result: Linearity of the dose - response relationship about the turbidity and the antibiotic doses' log was between 0. 6 - 1.6 u · mL^-1 (r 〉0. 99) ;The average recovery was 100. 7% ( RSD = 3.4% ). Conclusion :The method is accurate, reliable, sensitive and quick.
