摘要
目的:建立测定硫酸庆大霉素注射液效价的微生物比浊法。方法:分别采用微生物比浊法和管碟法对硫酸庆大霉素的含量进行测定和比较研究。结果:硫酸庆大霉素的线性范围为0.5～1.3U/m L,r=0.9948,平均回收率为100.94%,RSD=0.23%。结论:微生物比浊法具有简便、精确、快速的特点,可以应用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective:To develop a diffusion method to determine the gentamycin sulfate injection.Methods:The diffusion method and turbidimetric method were used to determine the content of gentamycin sulfate.Results:The linear coverage is 0.5～1.3 U/mL(r=0.994 8). The average recovery was 100.94% with RSD of 0.23%(n=9).Conclusion:The results indicate that the diffusion method can be used as quality control because of its convenience,accuracy and quickness.
