摘要
目的比较国产注射成型氧化锆预成桩与进口氧化锆预成桩的抗折性能。方法将注射成型法制备的国产氧化锆桩(ZP-I)粘固于模拟根管中,上部露出5mm。对照组进口氧化锆(Cosmopost)桩作同样处理,每组各10支。采用万能试验机对桩的顶端以45°角施加载荷,并对根管桩断裂前承受的最大载荷进行比较。结果进口氧化锆桩可承受约145N载荷,而国产氧化锆桩可承受约227N的载荷,其抗折性能优于进口氧化锆桩。结论国产氧化锆桩的抗折性能优于国外同类产品,可以满足临床对力学性能的要求。
Objective To evaluate the fracture resistance of a new zirconia post prepared by ceramic injection molding technique. Methods Endodontic posts of zirconia (ZP-I, cosmopost, n = 10) were cemented to simulated root canals, with 5 mm post head protruding out. The posts were loaded on the head in a universal test machine at an inclination of 45 degrees. The fracture load necessary to cause post fracture was recorded, and the data were statistical analyzed. Results Mean fracture load was 145N for cosmopost, and 227N for ZP-I. Conclusion The new zirconia post was stronger than cosmopost and can meet clinical requirements.
