摘要
目的 :探讨不同载荷条件对后牙单种植体周围组织的力学影响。方法 :在后牙单种植体支持式义齿上部结构不同载荷点分别施加载荷 ,以电阻应变法对种植体颊舌两侧组织进行了应变分析。结果 :义齿在中央载荷点及近远中载荷点受到垂直载荷作用时种植体颊舌两侧组织产生的应变无明显差异 ;在颊舌载荷点受垂直载荷作用时 ,种植体颊舌两侧组织产生的应变有显著差异 ;所有载荷点测得应变与载荷呈正相关 ;在颊舌载荷点距中央点越远应变峰值越大。结论 :种植义齿在颊舌载荷点受力时种植体周围组织应变较大 ,种植义齿的上部结构应适当减小颊舌径 ,降低牙尖斜度 。
Objective: To investigate the influence of load location to the strains at the tissue around endosteal implant for posterior single tooth replacement. Methods: Strains of the tissue around the implant were tested and effects of nine load locations were analyzed by resistant strain method.Results: Strains of buccal and lingual tissue were significantly different at buccolingual locations but no significant at center fossa and mesiodistal locations. For all loading conditions, there was positive correspondence between the strains loads.Conclusions: The influence is increased when loads on buccal and linual locations. Buccolinqual width should be substracted during replacement to reduce cusp inclination.
