摘要
介绍了在PRO/ENGINEER2001中建立刨齿刀的模型,并在Ansys软件中进行了有限元分析,证明了刨齿刀在切削时刀尖部分的应变最大,与实际中刨齿刀的刀尖部分易破损相吻合。
The process to build the model of gear-cutting blade in PRO/ENGINEER 2001 environment is introduced. The finite element analysis is done by using Ansys software to prove the best strain of the tool is on the tip of gear-cutting blade in theory, which is correspondent with the practice: the breakage of the tool is also on the tip of tool.
