摘要
文中用红外热像技术研究了在对流冷却系统中电子元器件的散热情况，为电子设备的热设计提供了依据。
This paper describes the application of IR image technique for cooling Components in the Convection-Cooled Electronic Systems. It provides scientific basis for thermal design of electronic systems.
