摘要
文中叙述了Tm：YAG激光器和Cr，Tm：YAG激光器受激发射的理论，激光性能及其发展历史。把Tm：YAG激光器和Tm，Ho：YAG激光器作了全面比较。指出二极管泵浦的Tm：YAG激光器在各种运转条件下都是高效率的，在相干激光雷达和外科医学方面有广泛的应用前景。
This paper expounds the stimulatedemission theory,the laser. performance and the develop histry of Tm: YAG laser and Cr,Tm: YAG laser. Tm: YAG laser is compared comprehensively with Tm,Ho:YAG laser and is found that Tm: YAG laser is high efficient in the modes of the different operation and has excessively useful potential in the coherent laser radar (CLR) system and the surgical medicine
