摘要
本文介绍近年来高脉冲能量、高脉冲功率和高平均功率准分子激光器的发展以及在科学研究、工业和医学方面的应用。
In this paper, the recent progress of high pulse energy, high pulse power and average power excimer lasers are presented, their applications in scientific research, industry and medicine are also discussed.
