摘要
公共图书馆作为国家信息基础设施建设的一部分,在现代化公共文化服务体系建设进程中受到了普遍重视。城市公共图书馆服务体系的建设应遵循公益性、便利性、多样性原则。城市公共图书馆服务体系的多元化模式主要表现在运作机制的多元化、服务方式的多元化及社区图书馆(室)建设的多元化等方面。
As a part of the national information infrastructure, the attention to the public library has been paid in the process of the construction of the modern public cultural service system. The construction of city public library service system should follow principles of public welfare, convenience and diversity. Diversified patterns of the city public library service system are mainly reflected in the diversification of operating mechanism, the diversification of services forms, and the diversification of community library （room） building, and so on.
