摘要
以茎尖为外植体，进行小西瓜离体快繁研究，建立了小西瓜茎尖再生体系。结果表明：小西瓜种子发芽的最适培养基为2FeMS；最适茎尖丛芽诱导培养基为MS1＋BA1～2mg／L＋IAA0．01mg／L，增殖系数高；最适继代培养基为MS4＋BA0．2mg／L＋NAA0．05mg／L；不定芽在培养基1／2MS＋0．05mg／LIAA上生根良好。
The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation in vitro on miniwatermelon were studied by using shoot-tip an explants. A good culture system for miniwatermelon was established. The results showed the optimal germination medium was 2FeMS ,the optimized induction medium for shoot-tip was MSt ＋ BA 1 -2 mg/L ＋ IAA 0.01 mg/L,in which the propagation ratio was high. the suitable medium of subculture was MS4 ＋ BA 0.2 mg,/L ＋ NAA 0.05 mg/L, and tie rootage medium was 1/2MS ＋ 0.05 mg,/L IAA.
