小西瓜茎尖离体再生体系的建立 被引量:9

Establishment of the shoot-tip culture system in vitro in miniwatermelon

摘要 以茎尖为外植体,进行小西瓜离体快繁研究,建立了小西瓜茎尖再生体系。结果表明:小西瓜种子发芽的最适培养基为2FeMS;最适茎尖丛芽诱导培养基为MS1+BA1~2mg/L+IAA0.01mg/L,增殖系数高;最适继代培养基为MS4+BA0.2mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L;不定芽在培养基1/2MS+0.05mg/LIAA上生根良好。 The techniques of tissue culture and rapid propagation in vitro on miniwatermelon were studied by using shoot-tip an explants. A good culture system for miniwatermelon was established. The results showed the optimal germination medium was 2FeMS ,the optimized induction medium for shoot-tip was MSt + BA 1 -2 mg/L + IAA 0.01 mg/L,in which the propagation ratio was high. the suitable medium of subculture was MS4 + BA 0.2 mg,/L + NAA 0.05 mg/L, and tie rootage medium was 1/2MS + 0.05 mg,/L IAA.
