摘要
从2Cr13钢高温特性角度出发,结合攀长钢公司一炼钢厂2Cr13钢易产生纵裂拉漏事故的现象,分析了2Cr13马氏体钢表面产生的主要原因后,制定了防止纵裂拉漏的相应措施后,大幅度减少了2Cr13纵裂拉漏事故。
The reasons of longitudinal cracking and leaking for martensite stainless steel 2Cr13 were analyzed in this paper basing on the elevated temperature properties of 2Cr13 and combining with quality accidents in our plant. The corresponding protective measures were established to reduce the probability of longitudinal cracking and leaking for 2Cr13 steel
