摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(N220)等为原料,羟基化的环氧大豆油(HESO)为改性剂,2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂制备出阴离子型聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯乳液,并以此乳液配制水性木器涂料。对乳胶粒子的粒径分布进行了测试,探讨了HESO和乙二胺(EDA)含量对乳液、涂膜性能及乳胶粒子粒径的影响。实验发现,HESO含量为4%~6%,EDA含量为0.8%~1.0%时,乳液外观好,涂膜的耐介质性和耐黄变性优异。
An anionic polyurethane -acrylate emulsion was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and polyether diol (N220) as raw materials, hydroxylated epoxidized soybean oil (HESO) as modifiers, 2,2 -dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as hydrophilic chain extender, which was used to prepare the aqueous wood coatings. The particle size distribution of the emulsion was tested. The effects of the dosages of HESO and ethylenediamine (EDA) on the properties of emulsion and coatings film and particle size were investigated. It was found that when the mass faction of HESO and EDA were 4% - 6% and 0. 8% 1.0% respectively, the appearance of the emulsion is good, and chemicel resistance and yellowing resistance of the film were excellent.
