摘要
采用平衡溶胀法制备了丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯(PU)乳液,研究了甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的含量、引发剂用量及引发剂体系对乳液及涂膜性能的影响,并用傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对PU和PUA进行结构进行表征。研究发现平衡溶胀法可以大大提高MMA的含量,使改性乳液和涂膜性能得到很大的提高;采用油溶性引发剂与水溶性引发剂组成的复合引发剂体系,可使MMA的转化率达到98.6%。
Aqueous polyurethane emulsion modified with acrylic resin was prepared by means of balanced swelling.Influences of content, initiator dosage and initiator system of MMA on performance of emulsion and film were studied.Compositions of PU and PUA were characterized by means of Fourier Transform Infrared Ray(FT-IR). Tests indicated thatbalanced swelling technique could greatly increase MMA content in PUA and much improved performance of modifiedemulsion and film. Use of compounded system of oil-soluble initiator and water-soluble initiator could bring conversion rateof MMA to 98.6%.
