摘要
目的探讨膝关节周围骨折术后的现代康复治疗对膝关节功能改善情况。方法采用回顾对照性研究对我院自2006年6月至2007年12月收治的膝关节周围骨折的病人共96例,随即抽选46例膝关节周围骨折的病人采用现代康复治疗前后对照性研究。现代康复治疗包括:运动治疗、物理因子治疗、中医治疗、心理治疗。结果现代康复治疗后膝关节功能较治疗前明显改善,优良率>85%。结论膝关节周围骨折术后采用现代康复治疗,有利于维持膝关节正常活动范围或最大限度地降低膝关节的功能障碍,提高患者的生活自理能力。
