摘要
目的 总结逆行交锁髓内钉内固定结合CPM治疗股骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法 采用逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗 30例股骨远端骨折 ,术后早期进行伤肢CPM锻炼。结果 30例随访 6～ 18个月 ,平均10个月 ,骨折在 6～ 8个月内愈合 ,膝关节功能恢复良好 ,优良率 93%。结论 逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨远端骨折具有稳定性高、固定牢靠、操作简单安全的特点 ;术后早期可进行伤肢CPM锻炼 ,骨折愈合快 ,并发症少 ,是一种治疗股骨远端骨折比较理想的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail and CPM for distal femoral fractures. Methods The retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails were used for 30 cases of fractures of the distal femur. Early CPM was began within 24h after operation. Results 30 cases were followed up for 6～18 months, 10 months on average. The time of bone healing was 6～8 months.The knee function recovered well with excellent and good rate of 93%. Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary interlocking nails can ensure intrinsic stability with simple procedures. CPM can be used early after operation to ensure quick fractures healing and have fewer complications. It is an optimal measures for fractures of distal femur.
