摘要
通过观察制动后兔膝关节软骨和关节囊组织超微结构及内侧副韧带力学特性的改变,探讨了制动引起关节组织形态学改变和韧带力学特性改变的机理,以及制动后的主动活动和谈动运动对上述组织病理改变恢复的作用.结果表明,制动可导致关节软骨、关节囊组织退行性改变和关节韧带抗张强度的下降,这种改变随制动时间延长而增加。制动后的关节主动活动有助于关节软骨和关节囊组织形态学和韧带抗张强度的恢复。早期被动运动对关节组织病理改变的恢复及关节韧带抗张强度的恢复有一定促进作用。
The aim of this study is to investigate ultrastrueture changes of the articular cartilages, joint capsule, and the biomechanical changes of medial collateral ligaments after immobilization and effects of exercise on the recovery of these changes. The results showed: the chondrocytes and fibrocytes undergoing degenerative changes and the ultimate load, energy absorbtion of medial collateral ligaments were significantly reduced during immobilization. After remobilization, the active motion was beneficial to the recovery of these changes. As compared with simple active motion, the additional passive motion accelerated the recovery of degenerative changer of articular cartilages, joints capsule, and tensile strength of ligaments.
