摘要
研究生教育肩负着为社会发展培养高素质、高层次创造性人才的重任,是增强综合国力和国际竞争力的重要支撑力量,其地位和作用不断提高和扩大。研究生人才的培养是一项系统工程,高等学校通过改革课程教学、转变教学观念、改革教学方法、提高教师科研业务水平等途径,落实研究型人才的培养目标,从而培养研究生的创新精神,促进其综合素质的完善。
The education of postgraduate takes the essential responsibility of raising high quality, top level and creative intellectuals for the society＇s development. It is an important way to strengthen the comprehensive national power and international competition. Its status and function are further emphasized. The cultivation of postgraduate is a systematic project. The university must reform the curriculum teaching,transform the teaching concept,change teaching methods ,improve the teachers＇ scientific research level and so on. In this way, the university can reach the cultivation aim of research - oriented intellectuals with creative spirit and promote the fulfillment of the comprehensive quality of the postgraduate.
