摘要
研究了20CrMo钢在最佳焊接工艺(真空度0.1Pa,焊接温度900℃,焊接压力80MPa,扩散焊接时间2min)条件下,热处理工艺对真空扩散焊接生产率的影响,获得了满足空心抽油杆对抗拉强度指标及焊接生产率要求的最佳热处理规范。认为将真空扩散焊接工艺用于空心抽油杆的生产不但焊接质量可靠,而且能满足工业化大批量生产的要求,具有良好的推广应用前景。
An investigation is carried out on the influence of heat treatment condition on the bonding productivity during vaccum diffusion bonding under the optimum bonding condition (vaccuity, 0. 1 Pa ; bonding temperature, 900 ℃; bonding time, 2 min;bonding pressure, 80 MPa ). The optimum heat treatment specification of satisfying demands of the tensile strength quota and bonding productivity is obtained. The result shows that the bonding technique is applicable to mamufacturing hollow sucker rods.
