摘要
为了制造内腔造型复杂的牙轮钻头增长扩散型中心喷嘴,研究了YG11硬质合金的真空扩散焊。着重探讨了加中间工艺央层镍时,焊接温度、压力、时间等工艺参数对焊缝质量的影响,并确定了获得优质焊缝的最佳工艺参数,为制造增长扩散型中心喷嘴提供了试验数据。现场试压和耐冲蚀试验表明,用真空扩散焊制造的喷嘴焊缝强度为钎焊焊缝的2倍,在12MPa泵压下无刺穿现象,能满足钻井现场的使用要求。
In order to manufacture the extended spread spray type central nozzel with complicated chamber for cone bits, aninvestigation in vacuum diffusion bonding of YG11 alloy was conducted. The influence of bonding temperature, pressure andtime on the quality of the welding seam in adopting intermediate technological Ni-sandwich is emphytically investigated, andthe optimum technological parameters for high-quality welding seam are determined. Field pressure test and erosionresistance test show that the strength of the welding seam of the nozzel made by vacuum diffusion bonding is two times overthat made by brazing, and no puncture occured at 12MPa pump pressure.
