摘要
为适应时代的要求,工科院校要着力培养学生的创新能力。本文从创新教育模式的内涵及现实意义的分析出发,提出了创新人才的培养体系与框架,介绍了创新教育模式的构建与实施,摸索出了一条有效的工科院校创新人才培养途径。
The innovation ability of students should be cultivated in universities and colleges of engineering to meet the demands of the era. This paper has come up with a systematic frame of cultivating innovative talents by practicing new approaches. It introduces the construction and practice of innovation education and seeks an effective way of doing it in universities and colleges of engineering.
