1-MCP处理对锦丰梨保鲜效果及CO_2敏感性影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了常温(20℃)和冷藏(0℃)条件下不同浓度1-MCP处理对锦丰梨果实采后贮藏品质、保鲜效果及CO2敏感性的影响。结果表明:锦丰梨属呼吸跃变型水果,1-MCP处理能极显著抑制锦丰梨果实的乙烯释放量,明显抑制锦丰梨果实的呼吸强度。0℃贮藏180 d或20℃贮藏30 d,与CK相比,1-MCP处理能较好保持锦丰梨果实的硬度、可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量,尤其能较好保持贮藏后期果皮的绿色,但对果实整体风味的影响与CK无差异。锦丰梨对CO2不敏感,能耐5.5%左右的CO2。锦丰梨如长期贮藏(0℃180 d以上或20℃30 d以上),用0.5μl/L浓度的1-MCP处理即可达到好的保鲜效果。
