摘要
[目的]延缓金红苹果硬度的下降速度,进而延长其货架期。[方法]对金红苹果进行生长期喷施钙肥及采后浸钙、冰水1、-MCP处理,测定各处理对果实硬度的影响。[结果]果实生长期间喷施钙肥只对果实硬度有影响,对货架期的果实硬度下降无延缓作用。冰水处理可延迟前期果实硬度下降进程1,-MCP处理可延迟货架期内果实硬度下降进程。[结论]在今后的苹果生产中应提前喷钙时间。
[Objective]The research aimed to delay the decreasing speed of the hardness of Jinhong Apple and prolong the shelf life.[Method]Jinhong Apple had been sprayed by calcium fertilization during its growing season and treated with calcium soaking,ice water and 1-MCP after picking.Effects of different kinds of processing on the hardness of the apples were determined.[Result]Spraying calcium fertilizer in the growing season of fruits can delay the occurrence of hardness reduction of Jinhong Apple,but it couldn't delay the hardness decrease of fruits in the shelf life.Treatment with ice water can delay the decrease process of fruit hardness in earlier stages.Treatment with 1-MCP can delay the occurrence of firmness reduction of Jinhong Apples in shelf life.[Conclusion]The spraying time of calcium shold be advanced in the future production of apples.
