摘要
首次报道了环己酮肟在B2O3/ZrO2催化剂上的气固相Beckmann重排反应,结果表明该催化剂具有很高的活性(97.7%)和ε┐己内酰胺选择性(97.0%);用Hammet指示剂正丁胺滴定法测定了样品的表面酸性质,并与催化活性和选择性进行了关联;用XRD谱对催化剂结构进行了表征;
Boron oxide catalysts supported on zirconia have been prepared with boria loading in the range of 0-20%(wt). These materials were used as catalysts for the vapor phase Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime to caprolactam at 573 K. 11%(wt) B 2O 3/ZrO 2 catalyst showed high oxime conversion and high ε caprolactam selectivity. Selectivity to caprolactam was associated with the presence of surface acidic sites of intermediate strength. A correlation was observed between the concentration of these surface sites and the selectivity to caprolactam. The structure of B 2O 3/ZrO 2 catalyst has been characterized by means of X ray diffraction. The results indicated that a well dispersed zirconia boria phase was obtained and B 2O 3 could be dispersed on the surface of zirconia as a monolayer.
