摘要
以国产固态原料按一定顺序直接投入合成釜内合成L型沸石,具有节能、减少生产设备与中间环节、降低分析与生产费用、降低对生产人员的技能要求、生产过程易于控制和管理、合成工艺简便实用、晶化条件温和、产品质量稳定且易于控制等优点。对于L型沸石工业化合成中的一些难点问题,如产品结晶度低且不稳定、产品硅/铝比变化范围较小、合成中杂晶相较难抑制、合成釜搅拌与否对产品质量有影响、产品从母液中分离较困难等一系列问题,运用本合成方法均有不同程度的改善。
A method to synthesize L type zeolite is described, in which domestic solid materials are directly fed into a commercial reactor with a sequential order. The method features energy saving, production equipment and processes reduced, less analysis and production costs, lower technical requirement for workers, easy production control and management, simple and practical processing, moderate crystallization condition, stable and easily controlled product quality. Some problems occurred in the synthesis of L type zeolite in industrial scale, such as low and unstable crystallinity, narrow variation range of n (SiO2)/n (Al2O3) in product, suppressing the formation of crystalline contaminants in the synthesis, the effect of stirring the synthesis mixture during production upon the quality of the product, and the difficult separation of product from mother liquid, can be improved in some extent by the present method.
