L型沸石的合成及其性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用水热法合成L型沸石导向剂,应用XRD,电子衍射等方法得出其导向活性的形成由诱导期,活性生长期及活性稳定期三个阶段组成,并证明导向活性组分是L型沸石的晶核前驱,且表面富硅,其晶胞常数a=1.83nm,c=0.75nm;由晶核前驱至晶核形成和晶体成长过程的表观活化能分别为~29kJ/mol和~78kJ/mol.我们还利用该导向剂合成出不同颗粒度的L型沸石,并分别测定他们的水、苯和正已烷的吸附等温线以及某些催化性能. The directional activity for crystallization direction agent of L-type zeolite have been investigated by means of XRD, electron diffraction and other method .We found that the formation of directional activity is composed by three steps: induction, activity-growth and stability period. The composition of directional activity of L-type zeolite is the nucleus precursor which show enrich silica on the surface. The cell parameters a and c are equal to 1.83nm and 0.75nm respectively .The apparent activition energy for nuclcation of zeolite and for crystal growth of L-type zeolite are equal to 29 kJ ?? mol-1 and ~ 78 kJ ?? mo-1 respectivcly. The L-type zeolites with different particle size were synthesized by crystallization directional agent of L-typc zeolite. The adsorption isothermals of H2O, benzene and n-hexane were determined respectively and the catalytic properties of L-type zeolite for chlorination for aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatization of C6~C8 alkanes over Pt/ L were studied.
