摘要
以高硅Pentasil型沸石为基质,添加磷和镁的氧化物,再辅以其它改质手段,对沸石的酸性等表面性能进行词变,并采用程脱、能谱、红外以及烃类流动态吸附等方法进行跟踪表征,考察了影响沸石形状选择性的诸因素及反应工艺条件变化的影响。催化剂单程操作周期可达370小时,失活后的催化剂可以烧焦再生。
The functions of phosphorus and magnesium oxide co-modified high siliconpentasil type zeolite catalysts have been studied by means of TPD,IR,ESCA andfluid state of adsorption hydrocarbons etc.,and the results have been correlatedWith their reactivity for ethylation of toluene.It shows that adjusting strong acidsites(referring to the peak Ⅱ of TPD spectra)of zeolite seems to play the main role in improving shape selectivity of zeolite.The results of the influence of reaction operating parameters on ethylationshow that the mole ratio of toluene to ethylene has an important effect on thereaction,the optimum range of reaction temperature will vary with the change ofthe operation pressure.The single operation cycle length of a catalyst could bemaintained for about 370 hours,the deactivated catalyst could be regenerated byburning off the carbon deposited using conventional method.
