摘要
尿酸是嘌呤代谢的终产物。研究尿酸在胰岛素抵抗为主2型糖尿病、高血压及动脉粥样硬化、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)及脑血管病变的发生发展过程中所起的作用,一直以来都是世界各国学者研究的热点。目前研究认为高尿酸血症和低尿酸血症在胰岛素抵抗为主2型糖尿病患者中是两种不同的存在形式,而体外试验及动物实验研究发现尿酸有促进炎症作用,可致血管内皮细胞功能紊乱,从而影响大血管病变的发生,发展。
Uric acid is a final product of metabolic block of purin metabolism. It is a hot topic in the whole-world to study the effect of uric acid on the type-2 diabetes with insulin resistin, hypertension, atheroslerosis, cornonary heart disease, as well as cerebral vascular disease. At present, some research results show that hyperuricemia or hypouricemia can be observed in the type-2 diabetes. The investigation of outbody examination and animal examination find that uric acid will accelerate inflammatory to endothelial dysfunction, which can result in the occurrence and development of Macrovascular Complications.
