摘要 本文综述了血管内皮细胞合成与释放的一氧化氮、内皮素、血管紧张素Ⅱ等多种生物活性物质及VEC功能紊乱与心血管疾病的关系,为进一步深入研究提供了思路。 This article reviews that vascular endothelial cell sythesize and release several biologically active substances,such as nitric oxide, endothelin and angiotensin- Ⅱ , and the relationship between endothelial dysfunfion and cardiovascular disease, which offers the theoretical basis for further study.
