冠状动脉病变与血尿酸水平的关系

The relationship between the severity of coronary lesions and the levels of serum uric acid

摘要 目的:了解不同程度冠状动脉病变的患者中血尿酸水平的变化。方法:74例病人行冠脉造影或冠状动脉16层螺旋CT,并以冠脉病变程度分组,同时检测空腹血尿酸水平。结果:冠状动脉正常组血尿酸水平为(0.32±0.07)μmol/L,冠状动脉一支病变组血尿酸水平为(0.37±0.04)μmol/L,冠状动脉双支病变组血尿酸水平为(0.44±0.07)μmol/L,冠状动脉三支病变血尿酸水平为(0.46±0.04)μmol/ L。轻度病变的病例血尿酸水平为(0.37±0.05)μmol/L,中度病变的病例血尿酸水平为(0.43±0.06)μmol/L,重度病变的病例血尿酸水平为(0.46±0.07)μmol/L,完全闭塞的病例血尿酸水平为(0.20±0.01)μmol/L。结论:随着冠状动脉病变程度的增加,血尿酸水平也逐渐升高。 Objective.. To investigate the correlation between coronary artery lesion and serum uric aeid(UA). Methods.. The fasting serum UA levels were measured in 74 patients and coronary angiography or 16-slice spiral CT, and correlated with the severity of coronary lesions. Results. The UA level of normal patients was( 0.32± 0. 07)μmol/L. Analysis of UA in relation to the number of involved vessels showed significantly higher UA levels in patients with 3- than in those with 1- or 2 vessel disease (1 to 0.37 ± 0. 04, 2 to 0.44 ± 0.07. and 3 to 0. 46 ± 0.04 μmol/L, respectively). UA levels in patients with severe lesion were significantly higher than in those with mild or moderate lesion (0.46 ± 0. 07,0.37 ± 0.05 and 0.43 ± 0.06 μmol/L, respectively), but it was only 0.20 ± 0.01 μmol/L in those with complete occlusion. Conclusions: The level of UA was positively associated with the severity of coronary artery lesion.
