摘要
在0.16 mol/L硫酸介质中,维生素C与重铬酸钾发生褪色反应.采用分光光度法在350nm处测定重铬酸钾的吸光度变化值△A.△A与维生素C的浓度在1.7~100μg/mL范围内成线性关系,回归方程为△A= 0.007 7C_x+0.027,相关系数R=0.9985.用于药片中维生素C含量的测定,回收率在91%~99%之间.该方法操作简便,准确性好,灵敏度高.
In the medium of 0. 16mol/L sulfuric acid, vitamin C reacted with potassium dichromate and made the solution fade in color. The variation of the absorbanee AA was measured at 350 nm by spectrophotometry. It was shown that the concentration of vitamin C had a linear relationship with AA values in the range of 1. 7-100μg/mL,the regression equation was △A = 0. 007 7Cx+0. 027, and the correlation coefficient R = 0. 9985. This method was applied to the determination of vitamin C in tablets, the recovery was in the range of 91%-99%. The method is simple,accurate,and sensitive.
