摘要
用库仑滴定法测定维生素Ｃ的含量，以０．５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ溴化钾－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ硝酸钾－１ｍｏｌ／Ｌ醋酸（１：１：１）的混合溶液为电解液，在阳极发生Ｂｒ２与维生素Ｃ分子中－Ｃ＝Ｃ－不饱和双键发生加成反应，测定样品中维生素Ｃ的含量，本法设备简单、灵敏，适用于微量样品的含量测定。维生素Ｃ与１分子溴发生加成反应，其ｎ值为２。
A method for the determination of vitamin C by coulometric titration was developed. The titration was carried out in a mixture of 0.5mol/L KBr-1mol/L HAC-1mol/L KNO_3(1:1:1.V/V),and bromine was generated at the anode.Vitamin C reacted with one n1ole of bromine with an n value of 2.The advantages of this method are simple,rapid and accurate, it can be used to analyze small amount of sample in the tablet.
