摘要
用库仑滴定法测定维生素C的含量,以0.5mol/L溴化钾-1mol/L硝酸钾-1mol/L醋酸(1:1:1)的混合溶液为电解液,在阳极发生Br2与维生素C分子中-C=C-不饱和双键发生加成反应,测定样品中维生素C的含量,本法设备简单、灵敏,适用于微量样品的含量测定。维生素C与1分子溴发生加成反应,其n值为2。
A method for the determination of vitamin C by coulometric titration was developed. The titration was carried out in a mixture of 0.5mol/L KBr-1mol/L HAC-1mol/L KNO_3(1:1:1.V/V),and bromine was generated at the anode.Vitamin C reacted with one n1ole of bromine with an n value of 2.The advantages of this method are simple,rapid and accurate, it can be used to analyze small amount of sample in the tablet.
