摘要
根据配电网运行环境复杂、标准化程度低、工况种类多等特点,详细分析了数据采集与监控系统中存在大量的中压配电网线路不良负载数据的原因,包括错误数据、故障数据、线路改造、转供电流等,提出了针对性强的中压配电网不良负载数据的辨识处理方法,能准确辨识各种原因形成的不良负载数据。该方法在某市的配电网评估系统的实际运用以及某地中压配电网实际数据分析表明了其实用性。
A distribution network always has such characteristics as running under the complicated circumstances, low standardization degree and existence of many operating modes. This paper analyzes the origin of various bad load data in supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) of a distribution network, including wrong data, failure data, line reconstructions, and shift current. Based on these discussions, a bad data distinguishing and processing method, which is suitable for different sources of bad data, is proposed. This method is used in an actual distribution network evaluation system, as well as a medium-voltage distribution network data analysis system. The results show the practicability of the proposed method.
