摘要
为了在培训仿真系统中正确反映地区电网与高压传输电网在电网结构和运行方式上的不同,研究了定值判别与逻辑判别相结合的保护仿真模型,讨论了对小电流接地系统保护动作特性的仿真方法,并利用简化的调速器模型和全网同摆方程更准确地计算频率变化过程。结合现场用户要求,通过利用SCADA系统实时量测数据建立培训潮流环境,利用潮流计算迭代过程中间信息保证潮流计算收敛性,实现零维护量,简化系统使用。实践表明,这些方法可以有效提高地区电网调度员培训仿真系统的实用性和准确性。
For representing the difference between subtransmission and transmission power network in structure and operation correctly,it is needed to develop a new simulation model for DTS.In this paper,algorithms developed specifically to combine two methods of protection relay simulation is described.A discussion of simulation of small circuit grounding system and calculation of system frequency based on reduced governor model and unique frequency assumption is included.For more easily using and maintenance,it also discusses methods of creating initial power flow for training using real-time data acquired by SCADA and improving convergency of power flow based on information in iteration.The application shows that the solutions make DTS for subtransmission network more accurate and practical.
