摘要
电力空间信息平台是集数字化地理信息、电网结构信息、电力设备图形与台帐、运行决策信息等于一体的综合信息系统,为科学采集、管理、分析电力企业规划设计和运行管理过程中产生的海量信息,提供了有效的支持手段。研究提出了一种分层式空间信息平台的体系结构,并对其原始数据层、数据管理层、数据分析层、数据访问层、数据应用层的结构与作用进行了介绍。论述了3S技术、数据库技术和空间数据挖掘技术等在空间信息平台建设中的应用。空间信息平台需具备集成统一、可扩展等重要的技术特点,才能实现数据的共享与应用的集成。结合平台空间信息处理的优势,研究了其在具体电力业务需求中的各种应用功能。
Power spatial information platform is an integrated information system, including digital geographic information, network structure information, graphics and accounting of power equipment, operational decision-making information and so on. In this paper the necessity of building power spatial information platform is discussed, in combination with the development requirements of power enterprise informatization construction. A hierarchical architecture of spatial information platform is studied, and the structure and the role of raw data layer, data management layer, data analysis layer, data access layer, data application layer is introduced. A spatial information platform system is proposed by using the technologies of 3S, database and spatial data mining, and the technical feature is also analysed. Combined with the actual power business requirements, multi-applications of spatial information platform are studied.
