摘要
利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射(WAXD)和偏光显微镜(POM)等仪器研究了热致液晶聚酰胺(TLCP)对聚酰胺66(PA66)结晶行为的影响。结果表明:随TLCP的添加量从0增加到30%,共混物的结晶温度和结晶度分别从PA66的235.83℃和39.8%逐步下降为224.7℃和30.8%,PA 66的结晶明显受到抑制;共混物中PA66衍射峰的强度随TLCP含量的增加而下降,(100)、(010)晶面间距分别从0.436 67 nm和0.371 39 nm增加到0.4414 nm和0.377 93 nm;共混物球晶尺寸明显大于PA66,并且随TLCP含量增加PA66的球晶变得越来越不完善。
Crystallization behaviors of blends of thermotropic liquid crystalline copolyamide (TLCP) and polyamide 66 (PA66) were investigated using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), and polarized optical microscope (POM). DSC showed that when TLCP content was 30 %, the crystallization temperature and the crystallinity of PA 66 decreased from 235.83℃ and 39.8 % to 224.7℃ and 30.8 %, respectively, compared with neat case. WAXD showed that the crystallization of PA66 was inhibited by the presence of TLCP, the d(100) and d(010) increased from 0.436 67 nm and 0. 371 39 nm to 0. 441 4 nm and 0. 377 93 nm, respectively. POM showed that the spherulite size of PA66 was larger than that in neat case and that the spherulites became gradually irregular with increasing TLCP content.
