介绍了自行研制的高校科研成果管理系统软件的结构、功能及实际应用，该系统根据高校科研成果管理的实际需求，解决了高校科研成果管理中许多实际问题。
,According to the practical need in the administration of the achievements of scientific research in universities and colleges,this paper has explored The Administrative System for Achievements of Scientific Research in Universities and Colleges.This system has solved many relevant problems in the administration of the achievements and makes the administration more regular and scientific. This paper provides an introduction to the structures, functions and application of the system.
