摘要
本文基于国家科技成果转化引导基金转化项目库建设的基本要求,结合当前我国科技成果管理业务现状,提出了基于三元模型的科技成果信息汇交体系,从环节模型、组织模型和数据模型3个角度,对科技成果信息的汇集框架进行了设计,进一步服务于转化引导基金的整体工作,促进科技成果信息资源的开发利用。
Based on the basic construction requirements of the project database by national scientific and technological achievements transformation pilot fund, the paper pro- poses three dimensional model of the achievement of science and technology information submission system from aspects of link model, organization model and data model while combining the current science and technol- ogy achievements management business situation, then to make a science and technology information collection framework design with further service in the transforma- tion of the whole fund work and to promote the information resources development and utilization of scientific and technological achievements.
