摘要
科技成果既作为科研工作的直接目的,作为科学技术面向国民经济建设主战场,推动社会进步的重要环节,又作为社会主义市场经济中的重要商品,其地位在整个科研工作及其管理十分重要。在论述科技成果及其管理意义的基础上,论述了高校科技成果管理的职能,并提出强化高校科技成果管理的若干措施。
