摘要
家庭暴力是一个严重的社会问题,它侵害了家庭成员的利益,给社会发展带来了不利影响,防止家庭暴力已成为全世界的共同目标。家庭"冷暴力"正日益成为破坏现代婚姻家庭的重要"病毒",也是诱发受害者犯罪,造成社会不稳定的原因之一,要预防及制止家庭"冷暴力",必须健全我国家庭冷暴力立法。
The home violence is a very serious social problem which encroaches on people in the family life and brings unfavorable influence to social advance. Preventing home violence has become the common goat in the world. It is become an important virus of destroying marriage and family of cold violence in family and it is also one reason of inducing crime and social astaticismo To prevent and cold violence in family, we should improve the legislation of cold violence.
