摘要
我国现行刑法在家庭暴力的犯罪行为规定中存在着不足,应当在以后的刑法修改中增设家庭暴力罪,准确界定家庭暴力罪的概念,立足于克服现行刑法中家庭暴力犯罪诸罪行设计的不足,严密设计家庭暴力罪的构成要件和追诉机制,以利于从刑法目的出发预防和惩治家庭暴力罪。
There are defects about the criminal stipulation of family violence in the present criminal low. We should add ＂the crime of family violence ＂in following criminal revision , limit the concept of ＂the crime of family violence ＂ accurately,design the constitution of crime and prosecuting system completely to prevent and punish ＂the crime of family violence ＂.
