摘要
本文提出了一个测定金的超高灵敏度的光度法。在聚乙烯醇存在下,离子缔合物的最大吸收在545nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.77×10~6 L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1)。金含量在0—2.5μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律。并用于矿石及某些低品位贵金属物料中金的分析。
A ultra sensitive spectrophotometric method for determination of gold has been developed. The absorption maximum of the ion associate is at 545 nm in presence of polyvinyl alcohol. The molar absorptivity is 1.77×10~5 L.mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for range from 0 to 2.5μg Au per 25 ml. The method was satisfactorily used for the determination of gold in some precious metal samples.
