摘要
本文研究了Th(Ⅳ)-烟酸-乙基紫之间的显色反应。在酸性介质中形成易被混合溶剂苯+丁酮(3+1)萃取的蓝色离子缔合物,最大吸收波长为602nm,ε=5.37×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钍含量在0~4μg/10mL范围内符合比尔定律,用于合成试样中钍的测定,结果较满意。
The reaction of thorium (Ⅳ) with ethyl violet in the presence of 3-pyridinecarpoxylic acid been studied. In sulfuric acid medium, a blue association complex is formed. The complex can be extracted within 1 minute into a 10 ml mixture of benzene and butanone in the ratio of 3 to 1 by volume with maximum absorption at 602nm. The molar absorption coefficient is 5.37×10~5L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1). The optimum conditions for a extraction-spectrophotometric method are investigated in detail.
